No matter the journey that brought you here, we are so glad you found us. Our mission and passion is to achieve wellness for each and every child by implementing an integrative healthcare model. Our goal is to address and improve the overall health of your child through a balance of natural, holistic, functional, and allopathic medicine. We offer individualized care to ensure your child is well rooted in wellness with love and grace.

Dr. Callie

Callie Williams is a doctorate prepared board certified pediatric nurse practitioner licensed in the state of Iowa with special certification for Pediatric Integrative Medicine from the American Pediatric Integrative Medicine Academy. She is also working on completion of Pediatric Functional Medicine fellowship through MAPS. Dr. Callie is married to Dave with three beautiful young children. She is highly motivated to grow and learn with a passionate to care for children while partnering with parents. Dr. Callie has been incredibly humbled and grateful for the wonderful opportunity to serve and care for children at Be Well Pediatrics. She has a variety of experience working with children at the ARC & ChildServe with special healthcare needs. She has inpatient general pediatric, pediatric intensive care, and neonatal intensive care nursing experience. She spent time caring for children as a research hematology and oncology nurse. She had prior experience starting a pediatric primary care practice in rural Iowa. She continues to practice as a provider in Pediatric Emergency Department and as a Pediatric Hospitalist rounding on Inpatient Pediatrics and Newborn Nursery.

Lindsay
Lindsay joined Be Well Pediatrics as a front office care team member to serve families and support our mission of promoting natural healing and wellness for the whole child. Lindsay disciples women on her own time in her community. She has also spent years learning and teaching other mom's about natural health product lines. She developed what she calls her 'natural health cabinet.' She is a wife, mom to three, health advocate, entrepreneur, and lover of Jesus.
Johanna

Johanna is a Southern Iowa native who has lived in Altoona since 1989. She graduated from SEP in 1994, Go Rams. Many call her, Jo. She has past experience as a CNA and 22 years caring for children at her in-home daycare. She has three children who also graduated from SEP. One child made the wrestling wall of fame. Johanna has a blended family of 6 she shares with her wonderful husband, Shannon. Most recently she became a grandma to her beautiful granddaughter. She also pursues a career as a Realtor since 2015 that she absolutely loves. In 2019 Johanna experienced a health scare that faith carried her through as she is a SCAD heart attack survivor. This experience led her to a more holistic approach to health. She was reborn in Christ in 2021. Johanna also works part time at Wholistic Health center wearing many different hats as a receptionist/ health coach. Nutrition response testing is a big part of her health journey. She feels blessed to work at Be Well Pediatrics to help families and share the same passion for the community. Altoona is her home! Johanna enjoys pending time with family and friends, walking her three dogs, biking, crocheting, camping, laying on a beach, and Jeepin around with her husband. They have been exploring different states in their new RV living life to the fullest, serving the Lord and our community. She would say her greatest joy at this moment is being a grandma!
Rachel

Rachel joined Be Well Pediatrics with a desire and passion to learn and utilize a holistic approach to patient care. Rachel believes healthcare is not one size fits all. She has been a registered nurse for 10 years with her main focus in women’s health. She has served women and newborns in labor and delivery the past 8 years. Her favorite part of being a nurse is being an active advocate for her patients empowering them to have a voice and be in control of their own care.
Rachel is an Illinois native, but has loved living in Iowa for the last 10 years. She is happy to call Iowa home. Rachel and her husband live in the Altoona community. Rachel is a mom of two beautiful children and two dogs. When she is not working as a nurse, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, biking, and being outdoors. She has a big love for Jesus and feels beyond blessed at the opportunity to serve children and their families at Be Well Pediatrics.
Casey

Casey Seyler graduated in the Spring of ‘20 with a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Northwestern- St. Paul. She then pursued a nursing degree, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from Mercy College in the Fall of ‘22. She married her husband, Robbie, the Summer of 2020. They have a golden retriever they adore. Casey has developed a passion to learn how to integrate her nursing career with more of a holistic health & wellness approach. She has a variety of experience working with children through ChildServe, nannying, & as a personal care assistant for children with special needs. Casey enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, playing board games & playing volleyball. She also loves coaching high school girls volleyball at Grand View Christian School. She loves Jesus & people. Casey is excited to start her nursing career at Be Well Pediatrics.
